What to include in your notice

To submit a DMCA takedown notice, please include all information required under 17 U.S.C. §512(c)(3), including:

A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf
Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed
Identification of the material you claim is infringing, and information reasonably sufficient to let us locate it (for example, a Mindox share URL such as mindox.app/share/[token])
Your contact information — address, telephone number, and email address
A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf

Send notices to dmca@mindox.app. We review reports within 48 hours and will disable access to material we determine to be infringing. False or bad-faith reports may subject the reporter to liability. See our Terms of Service §6.5.5 and §7.3 for our full takedown process.
